OpsCORE is provided for authorized business purposes only. You may use the application only in connection with work you are authorized to perform. You may not allow another person to use your account, credentials, device access, or identity.
All clock-in, clock-out, arrival, departure, break, travel, and other time entries must accurately reflect the time actually worked or activity actually performed.
* Clock in or out for another person.
* Ask another person to clock in or out for you.
* Falsify, alter, backdate, or manipulate time records.
* Report work, travel, services, or activities that did not occur.
* Intentionally manipulate GPS, location, photographs, timestamps, or other electronic records.
Knowingly submitting false time records may constitute theft, fraud, or other unlawful conduct. Violations may result in removal from the OpsCORE platform, disciplinary action or termination, recovery of improperly obtained payments, and referral to law enforcement or other authorities when appropriate.
All information submitted through OpsCORE must be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. This includes service completion information, photographs, property conditions, materials used, equipment information, incident reports, notes, signatures, and other records.
The intentional creation, alteration, concealment, or submission of false information is prohibited and may result in immediate loss of access and other disciplinary, civil, or legal action.
When authorized for work purposes, OpsCORE may collect location information, timestamps, photographs, device information, and other activity records necessary to document work activity, verify services, maintain safety, and administer operations.
Photos and other documentation submitted through OpsCORE must accurately represent the property, work performed, conditions observed, or event being documented. Previously taken, altered, misleading, or unrelated photographs may not be submitted as evidence of completed work.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to bypass, disable, manipulate, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to OpsCORE or its security and verification features.
Information available through OpsCORE may contain confidential company, customer, property, pricing, operational, or personal information. You may use this information only for authorized business purposes and may not disclose, copy, distribute, or misuse it.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of OpsCORE access, removal from assigned work, disciplinary action, termination of employment or contractor relationships, recovery of damages or improper payments, and civil or criminal referral where warranted.
By logging into or using the OpsCORE mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
